Lower Lights -

The LOWER LIGHTS was first placed in service February 15, 1991. The system has been continuiously online and serving the modem community as a premium multi-line chat system since that day.
The Lower Lights BBS system is owned and operated by Western Online Services Incorporated, a Corporation formed to operate, maintain and support the BBS system. The purpose of the BBS system is to provide a medium for any computer users to exchange information.
We provide Open Forums, Online chatting, Local E-mail exchange, Internet E-mail & connectivity, public message areas with as few restrictions as possible. We welcome new users and will always continue to do so.

Access to this system is free!

But we accept membership donations for additional access time. All donations are used for the operation of the system, including the upgrading, replacing and maintaining of the computer and related BBS equipment.
